6 Month Customized Plans for individuals or couples

Research has shown that it takes approximately 6 months for new behaviors to become habits. This our most cost effective and successful choice for those ready to make the commitment. It includes two 1 hour sessions per month, a 15 minute check in phone call between sessions, responses to email questions or postings on our Facebook group, printed educational handouts, an introductory gift bag all in addition to the free newsletter and recipes. Your coach will contact you to schedule your appointment time.


3 Month Intensive for individuals or couples

This program is designed for those unable to commit to the 6 month program. There is
an offer to extend at the end of the time period. It includes two 1 hour sessions per month, a 15 minute check in phone call between sessions, responses to email questions or postings on our Facebook group, printed educational handouts, an introductory gift bag all in addition to the free newsletter and recipes. Your coach will contact you to schedule your appointment time.


1 Month Crash Course

A quick, easy and affordable way to sample our services and fit in health coaching into a busy schedule. You will receive 4 sessions with your health coach. These can be tailored to meet your individual needs determined in your initial consultation.


Try Vegan for a Week

This is designed for those who are curious about what people eat on a plant-based diet
and want to try it out for themselves. 21 meals are delivered to your home in 2
installments. Your will receive recipe cards and information on the nutritional value of
the foods. We will send you a full menu ahead of time when you order, and you are
allowed up to 3 substitutions in case of foods you can’t tolerate for some reason.
